What is this?

I was cleaning up under the hood of my 03 f250 6.0 today that I bought about two weeks ago and came across this sticker. What does it mean? Its making me nervous not knowing. Thanks for any help you can give.

I can't read the number but it is a sticker for a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin). I'd say that the PCM was updated to the newest flash strategy. Nothing to worry about. You could take it back to a Ford dealer and have them look up the number and they can tell you exactly what it was for.

I was reading somewhere where it said with the latest flash the truck will run like crap if you delete the egr. Is this true? I plan on deleting my egr very soon. I was curious on this

I believe that's a PCM update. I have the same sticker, and it's for a PCM update. Just put the part number (that number on the sticker is a ford part number) in google. Great tool.
