A/C problem

Well since I blew the motor in the 12v I've been driving the 6oh its been parked for about 5 months or so. Started it every 5 days or so while sitting well now that i'm driving it again the a/c only will blow cold air on the 1st notch while idleing driving it will work on all notch's. Took it to ford 2 days ago to have them look at it and change the oil since I had a coupon 50 bucks for a oil change Well the tech pulls me down to the shop and shows me that the hose on the vacuum hose was off. Ok that makes sence so I get all the way to dallas today and it starts doing it again I check the hose its on right I don't hear the clutch disengage and engagin so I don't think its the clutch.

Anyone have any idea's?
