fuel pressure gauge? what to look for?

Okay so the truck i recently bought has a fuel pressure gauge as well as and adjustable fuel pressure regulator. The fuel pressure is at about 63lb. But do I need to keep an eye on that gauge? what do I keep an eye out for?

63lbs is a good number if that is at idle and if it drops lets say to the high 50s this is a sign that you may need to change your fuel filters, and use Ford filters only. Over 70 lbs will blow off the o-ring in the injectors (bad) and under 45 lbs will starve your injectors and kill them. Mine was 50 lbs at idle and 44 lbs WOT installed the new Reg Kit went to 64 idle and 62 WOT. You have a good set up.
