Turbo exhaust turbine/impeller

I bought a used turbo for my 04 F250 off of ebay. I was going to swap with one on my truck and rebuild mine as next spare. I opened the exhaust end to find a chewed up impeller which I am being told is not available in any rebuild kit!! Also the vanes under the unison ring are pitted up and some have holes in them. Is there any resourse known to get these parts or do I just have a really expensive boat anchor? Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry I can't help you source the parts.

BUT WTF would cause that?!?! Did it rust out?

The only thing I can figure is something out of the engine hit it, like during a failure. It was supposed to be a turbo from a parted out engine from a wreck. Don't know how a wreck could cause this. I'll post a pick if I can figure it out.
