CEL & SCT Question
I have the SCT egr studs all that Good stuff . Question is with the CEL light turned off with the SCT for the EGR setup will the cel light show for other things ? I have wondered about this for a while . With it off for the EGR will it show for other stuff ?

Yes it will
 The CEL will actually still show up for EGR issues as well.
