dealer cut my shroud in half.

took truck in for coolers again and i get it back with the fan shroud cut in half.
tech, tells me this is a normal operation?
i told him, i have had this truck in four times for the same thing and never had my truck hacked up. he then says its in the service procedure.

He obviously doesn't know what he's doing. The dealer would be buying me a new one.

thats not all, but this doesnt bother me as much.
he also had zip ties holding the top cac tube down to the alternator.
they also left my degas bottle full of soot and said they could not get it cleaned out.
i told them i wanted a new degas bottle and shroud and was told the degas wouldnt be a problem but the shroud was part of the job.so im trying to find out if that is true.

He's full of $*%t! I worked at a Ford dealership in the service department and am very good friends with the diesel tech there. He never cut a shroud to do coolers, head gaskets, etc. Fight them and get your new parts.
