finally fixed

Finally fixed the surge! After replacing about every other part on the truck it ended up being the vgt soleniod was bad.

The truck drives pretty nice now. No more feeling like a bobblehead driving down the road

And I found you can buy ford parts A LOT cheaper on ebay
