Is the Trans covered under the 100k powertrain in an 06?

Up to July 2006 the transmission warranty was 36k mi. The same as the standard bumper to bumper warranty.
In July 2006 Ford increased it to 60k mi. Only the engine is covered under the 100k mi. warranty.
