03 6.0 Reader help

Does any one know of a place that will pull codes for me in Bay area CA? I used to live in AZ and any parts store would do it free. I just put this thing back together after toasting an egr cooler and head gasket on the Grapevine (faulty water temp gauge/sender). Now need to check and clear codes but the repair has broke me. Motor still thinks it is overheating. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Not sure if I'd want to go that far with it only has 250 miles on it . Plus it cant decide if it wants to do a high or low Idle while driving at times. I think it is trying to raise RPM's to increase air flow.
