Edge and SCT????

I will be switching to the SCT X3 very soon. My question is, I am currently running a Edge Platinum w/Attitude. Is it possible to keep the Edge as my monitor and run the tuning with SCT? I am trying to figure out if I will need to by gauges or an Insight.

Has anyone done this, or know if it can be done?

You can do it, but you'll have to disconnect the edge any time you change the tunes on the SCT. You'll also need to let your tuner know that you'll be using the platinum as gauges, because even when it's set on it's stock setting, it's not exactly stock. I planned on doing this with mine, but I sold my platinum juice and went with an insight.

X2.......Just dump it and it should almost pay for the insight. Insight IMO is the best gauge that you can get for these things because it monitors everything under the sun. The only thing it does not tell you which I would add is FP if your needing to know it all the time.

Ok cool. I will just sell the edge then.....or maybe someone would want to trade me? I guess I could try that atleast.
