2005 ford 6.0 questions

I have a 2005 ford F350 4x4 6.0 egr deleat sct tunner the basics... i know a cheap up great for a turbo is to put in a 2003 10fin turbo. but what about a late 2004 that has 13fins i was told my 2005 had 15fins ... is this true and will a 13 perform a lil better and better yet give me a little more of that wistle?

I believe you are correct about the number of turbo vanes from 2003-2005, but a 2004 turbo won't give you a noticable difference in whistle. Its the 03's that really sing.

FWIW, the 03 turbo doesn't do much in terms of performance gains.
