Blown hose

It has been a while; my truck has been running real good, till today! Sudden overheat and the engine seemed to be running faster, like stuck in 2nd gear. Pulled off the road real fast, temp did rise but did not let it get into the hot area. Popped the hood and coolant dripping from the "Y pipe" below the overflow bottle. When I touched it it separated; water went everywhere, thank God I'm still fast. My problem is simple: "Haynes" does not show the hoses, nor can I find them on line. I really do not want to tear the whole engine compartment apart; will if I have too, but don't wanna. Any assistance would be appreciated.....Thanks.

Shows I was quite tired when I posted this. The truck is a 2004 Super Duty with a 6.0 L engine with no mods. Sorry, just too tired to think.

Blown hose

Problem fixed. Cost $101.00 and a couple of hours. The hose was difficult to find, wound up going to the local dealer. Had to remove the air filter and a section of turbo tubing. Thanks for all the help
