Part# change for fuel filter kit?

Has anybody heard that they have done a part # change for our #FD4604 fuel filter kit? My local supplier said it subbed to a new number is that true? Thanks

Update- Well I guess they did change it. I just got it from my dealer and its new number is FD-4616. Same filters. I guess thats how they can raise there prices.

So it looks like they changed the way it seals? You wouldnt think there would be any changes after all these years?!
