Tail light question

Do the 2008 tail lights fit on the 2005-2007 superdutys? I thought I read that the 2008 tail gate works, just wasn't sure if the tail lights do as well.

Yes, they work, the backup lights use a different style bulb so you will need to get that style socket and splice it into your wires.

The tailgate works if you change the drivers side hinge to the 08 style.
