beating an old horse

once again i ask the age old question,,, How can i get that F ing EGR vale off without putting holes in it and ripping it out of the hole. I have tried all the solutions i have gotten on the forum, putting wires in the tabs and pulling up only to have the wires break. i even got a clamp that i put on it and it still wont come out. I have a new valve but i just do not want to destroy the old one. Anyone with other ideas ?????????????????????????

all i did was pull up while twisting back and forth.
