Anyone not see a change in MPG with newest flash?

I just got the newest strategy flash on my vehicle. I don't remember what mine was before. I also changed at the same time to Matts' SRL from the canned Street tune as well. Now I haven't been able to calculate on multiple tanks of fuel but it seems that my fuel mileage has gone down. Is this the case with everyone that has gotten the latest flash?

If your ECM has been reflashed to a VXCF7xx or VXCF9xx strategy, welcome to the world of "this sucks"! Matt's tuning will definitely help restore your performance and might even recover some lost fuel economy, but your best bet would be to get reflashed back to an earlier, non-inferred EBP strategy and go from there. You'll be MUCH happier.

I hope this helps.

Not to steal a thread, but how do you find out which strategy you have and how and who can you contact to get previous flashes?

What he said ---^^^ I've noticed that my truck seems the be a lil more sluggish and gets worse mileage after I've had it in to be serviced.

Calibration Identification can be done as follows:

1) The dealer can tell you what you have when they connect the IDS to your truck.
2) If you (or someone you know) has Auto Enginuity or similar tool, that should tell you.
3) If you (or someone you know) has and Evolution, XCal-3, or similar, that should tell you.

We offer ECM recalibration to any strategy you desire, although we have specific calibrations that we tend to work with.

Take care.
