I am thinking of getting this kit from mkm.

Complete 6.0 Ford Powerstroke Solution

Is there anything else i need to do while it is apart? I just had the hpop, icp, and ipr replace 5k ago. I would have had this stuff done at the same time but did not have the cash. Also is 1300.00 an ok price on labor for everything in the kit? I think my price is a little less though due to wife working for ford. Pretty sure service writer quoted me walk in price. I do not have exaust yet but plan to do that myself after kit is complete as well as a sct with custom tunes.

Just make sure you get the heads milled and fluxed.

I also had Elites head coolant lines put on when I had my studs done.
