Went to get a oasis and they gave my another thing? Its just one sheet with TSB numbers on it and told me to look them up online. I think they are just for recalls? They are: 09-08-03 & 09-08-05 What does it mean????

09-08-03 is the procedure for checking head gaskets and the steps to take. 09-08-05 I don't know but would assume is for the cooling system as well. Somewhere up on ford-trucks.com is a decent sized listing of TSB's on various models. You might try a search there and see what you find.
