Innovative is real as it gets DUDE, try emailing Eric. Not gonna try and be rude but before you come on here and start saying things about a vendor have a little respect the produce some of the highest HP 6.0 out there, think about it they are busy as hell writing tunes as well for who knows how many last time I chatted with Eric they can recieve anywhere from 20 to 60 ppl asking for tuning. So sit back and relax a lil and email him about your tunes.

agreed... its easier for eric if you email him bc then he can check on his time... he is very good about getting back to you on an email... and if you sent them the money then he'll get to you... it takes time.. he has to recieve the strategy from you... then update the file(s) that you ordered and then email them back...

Started on a bad foot being your first post. Like we said email him then back on here and tell us what happens. ALOT of money ??? If its under 1k thats nothing compared to me and some of the rest of us on here. Anyways Email him and see he normal checks that pretty fast, also if your gonna send him an email, also include your Strategy and serial number of the SCT

i noticed you changed your first post which is a good thing... and yes we have all been there... eric@innovativediesel.com... email him and tell him who you are and that your money was sent for whatever tunes you ordered and that you were just checking in... he will get back to you... if Ted and Eric are both out of town then no one is going to answer a phone anyway... Eric checks his email whenever he can so its not like its just an 8-5 type of thing.. I've recieve tunes at 7 on a sunday evening... we understand that its frustrating.. but you gotta understand that if 60 people are expecting tunes and he is the only one writing them, then sometimes it might take a few days... also this time of the year is really busy with events that im sure he is attending... It will be worth the wait and you didn't waste your money

This place must be a more hands on place instead of racking them out. I like that. It just scared me when they never answered the phone. Yeah I was really upset when I couldnt figure it out and my friend just fueled the fire. But now I understand
