Need more off the line
It seems like it takes days for my turbo to spool up. MOds are
dual 4" exhaust, afe intake, elite turbo, banks intercooler, adj. fuel pressure reg., banks high ram, predator My old truck (05 f250) seemed to spool way up when power braking but this one doesnt want to. Btw this is with the 100hp tune at 63lbs fuel pressure |

Hit it with some NOS. That'll spool it up for you. Maybe try upgrading the FICM and get Eric at ID to reprogram it.

Dump the predator, and while you're at ID with your FICM, have Eric put some tunes on your new
. That'll get it spooling faster, I don't know why, more fuel or something, but mine spools considerably faster with a tune vs stock

someone told me a may be a bad VGT sensor, is that possible? about what do they cost?

Get an 03 turbo or upgrade to a non VGT it is the popular thing to do
Throw some gears in it.
Remember adding a bigger CAC adds volume to your intake which would make the initial spool of the turbo a little slower.

do you get performance gains with a 03 turbo or just sound? i have a 06. tried to search on here but cant find info..

Throw in some 4.56s gears and NOS and that will sure wake her up
