What is the maxim Turbo Boost I should see on me gauge when pulling a 12,000lb 5th wheel on a hill?

Mine is at 40 when pulling up a hill with my 5th wheel. The black hose came off!

I hit 34 psi last month on a hill with a 8000 load. Blew a hose off too. I bought my truck used (2004 F350 dually), so I don't know what all is stock. I assume it is a stock turbo. I was running stock programs at the time.

I red the gauge wrong! It was at 30 not 40.
