Made FICM repair on my 05

I was having cold start problem on my 05 6.0 unless I kept it pluged in so I did the reflow repair on my FICM I found on this site. Now it will start right up but when you drive it, it misses, doesnt want to go, like it isnt getting fuel. I have been wondering about my fuel pump for a while cause it runs about 30 or so seconds before shuting off when you turn the key on, every time you cycle the key. Can the pump be rebuilt, Or is it still my FICM, if so does anyone know which spots on the FICM board would need to be reflowed.
