Help! My OBD2 port is not working!

Help! My OBD2 port is not working! Is there a fuse that usually blows or something? I cant hook up my tuner until its fixed.

Check your cigar lighter/power point fuse.

It is the same fuse as the cigarette lighter I believe. I think it is fuse 25 in the panel under the dash. It is a 20 amp fuse.

So i took off my dash cover and under there is another plastic cover for the fuse box right?

What year is your truck. I think mine was fuse #12 I'm a 2004

EDIT: went and looked at my book, yeppers, it's fuse 12
