FICM Low Voltage Code

Hey guys, I am hoping you all can help with this. I was playing around with my Edge today and came across some codes. The one I am the most concerned about is the FICM Low Voltage Code. What does this mean? Do I need a new FICM? I have been reading about them and I don't have any of the symptoms everyone has when they have a bad FICM. My gas mileage is horrible though, about 13.8 mpg.

If I do need a new one, should I just get the upgraded one from Innovative?

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks guys!

Can you post a link to the upgraded FICM? All I can find is the FICM tuning at Innovative.

Does the code come back or was it just a one time stored code?

It would have been better stated to say horrible FUEL mileage.

You know what bulldog84, I think your right. Maybe they only do tunes?

Sorry guys......FUEL mileage!!!

I am not sure if it was a one time code or not. I will clear it tomorrow and see if it comes back. Thanks man.

If I do have to end up replacing it, does anyone have any suggestions on what route I should take? Do I have to go to the dealership? Is there an upgraded one I can buy from someone?

Thanks again guys!

Is there a fix for the low voltage? If so, can someone tell me what I need to do?

Here is a link if you wanted to do testing and attempt a repair yourself.... But I would only try this if you are really patient or good with electronics and/or you have externally check the voltages while it is on the truck and have determined that it is infact bad. They list how to do this in the guide aswell. http://www.bscustoms.net/diesel/FICM.pdf
