Rusted Goode Neck Hitch

So my new ride has a goose neck hitch but, it is rusted with the ball up, need to turn it down so I can put things flat in the bed. Any ideas? Mine stopped with PB Blaster. And yea I released the latch, thing is just rusted!

Yea I've hit it several time, not moving, my guess is it hasn't been turned since it was installed, whenever that was.

alot of PB blaster. just keep douching it in the stuff. go through a full can if you have to. then get out the BFH or a nice pair of steel toe work boots and GO TO TOWN. if that dont work try and find a cable or something to wrap around the ball and try lifting it up with a loader and see how high the truck gets before it releases
