Might want to start with a better description of the symptoms and avoid run-on sentences because it makes it hard to understand.....

Hope someone can help!!!

Got a 2005 F350 4x4. Hates the first start of the day. It cranks right up but, when i first take off it sputters and doesnt want to pick up speed. Now if i let it run for 5 mins. or so it runs great plenty of power. But if it sits over 8 hrs the process starts all over.

Might wanna updated flash, sounds like an old flash so start issues were bad, I believe the one you want is the inductive heating flash.

Talked to my local ford shop really surprized they didnt try and tell me buy new truck or try to sell me things i dont need. The tech said doesnt seem to be a reflash or injector issue but didnt tell me what it could be either. He also stated it would need to be in the shop 2 to 3 hours for testind at 179.00

Mine was due to bad FICM, 2 bad injectors (1,6), and it needed the 'puter update.

They won't know what flash you have until you bring it in. Unless thats the same location that the rig has been serviced at.

Mine took about that long to do but I also had mine in for an oil change and new fuel filters....
