Sound about right could try and get them a little lower every dollar counts, get an Ozasis Report to see what has been repaired or replaced, and it will tell you the build date and inservice date so you still have 30,000 left and X amount of months. I got mine 18 months ago with 17,000 on it, got an ozasis and the turbo had been replaced but it was a sales managers truck so a lot of town driveing well now all it is used for is to pull my 5er, i use my 97 PSD for a town driver.

That sounds like a solid deal as long as it has not been beat like a rental. I would offer them 2 grand less and I am betting they will take it.
