Drove a 2011!

Hey all, had a coupon from my Blue Oval here in town for a $59 oil change. Thought it was a pretty good deal! So while waiting I could not resist the drive a new 2011 F250. MAN what a nice truck, tons of power! Felt like a gasser! The diesel sound in the cab was non existent. One feature that would sell me was the Cool Seats,, yes they actually feel like your sitting on a ice pack! And after driving it compared to my 2005 Lariat , I felt like I was in a tank with cave man technology! Still love her though, my 2005 model. Plus the sales chick was pretty hot too! I think Ford might have it right this time!!!1

While in the dealer for a coolant flush the other day I too walked around and looked at the 2011 6.7. The salesman was showing another guy and he started the engine. I walked back to the exhaust outlet, I could not smell ANYTHING. Me personally I like the smell of diesel exhaust, especially from my 1992 12 valve Cummins.

I took a look at one last week while getting my oil changed. The saleman told me they couldn't smell the exhaust out of the new superduty's.
