how many miles a 6.0 will run without needing a rebuild on average if it is stock?

That is a tough question to answer. Some guys can go to the end of the street, others a life time. So many variables. Not sure if anyone has really been tracking that kind of info. Would be interesting if someone has though. I have heard one person on here saying the 6.0L he has is around 230,000 with no major issues. Is that extraordinary? Don't know. But am going to try to make mine go that far.

My good buddy has an 03 with 286k miles and he just had his first set of injectors go in. Other than regular maintenance that is the first time it has been in the shop.

The design objective was 350k miles IIRC
