another 06 with a po299 dtc

im going to get my truck today with the new vgt(turbo). with only 40k miles on it it falls under the 5yr 100,000 warranty. the service manager said that ford had a $100 deductible everytime you need diesel service. i never seen anyone post about this on here . is this for real or what ????anyone else paying $100 to the dealer for diesel service??

Yup, that's what they told me too, for the powertrain warranty. Really blows when you pay 50k for a truck huh

This is true and it is every time it goes in. BUT, if you have multople problems to be fixed at the same time, should stay only $100.
