Coolant cap

Howdy. I read on this site a few weeks back that for the 6.0 models that Ford change the coolant cap. Apparently the newer caps have the printing on the cap versus the decal.

Is there a pressure difference between the original cap and the new? And I also heard that the max level becomes the min....or something like that.

I still have the old style cap and need to know if I should go get the new, just change my levels (making max the min) or leave all alone.

Thanks!

Same pressure by design. Apparently though, the old cap was susceptible to becoming weak over time and relieving at a lower pressure.
