So originally I had planned to find a 350 block and install it in the rear to bring my rear up to level it. However, after looking at pictures with front leveling kits I decided I wanted a little more rake than a 4'' rear block and 2.5'' front would offer, so I installed a 5'' Readylift rear block.
The Readylift block is made of great quality is very heavy and has a built in pinion angle and cast in center pins.
I have had it for one week an have yet had any driveline vibrations of anything noticeable causing a difference in drivability. I am wondering though if anyone thinks I still need a spacer for the carrier bearing or should I be good? Also, my leaf springs seem have gone up and flatten a little with the instal of this block. Can and will this hurt anything over time?
Now that I have it installed I am wondering if there is to much rake haha. My original goal was to look like a stock 350 and have that nice rake. What do you guys think?
Thanks!
