looking for truck

so first off i'm new here and know all my questions are likely already answered somewhere, but the amount of info to go through is overwhelming. i am looking at an 06 and 05 f350 lb dually, the 06 is a six spd while the 05 is auto and both are 2wd. i was curious what i need to look for, i know the heads can be troublesome and i have read about the egr, but otherwise i was wondering what to look at in the interior and perhaps the suspension/driveline areas. Any info would be appreciated.

Need to know the miles on them, get a Oasis Report that will tell you build date and inservice date and any repairs by Ford and if the miles are under 100K on the 06 it should have warranty left. Mine had 17,000 on it and had the turbo replaced before i got it. The big thing is the casting sand that will take out the oil cooler. 2 stroker

the 05 has 115km so about 73k miles, the 06 has 90k miles or 144km its an american import to canada

The 06 should have 10,000 miles left on it but i do not know how the import thing would work but there still should be warranty from Ford. I'm not into a stick but some are. 2 stroker

bought the import, the dude with the 05 was shady, said he built it from three trucks!?! got away from him as soon as i could.
