Ford ESP on 2005 Ex

My 2005 Ex has about 80,000 miles on it and I am looking at a Ford ESP for it before the 5 year warranty runs out, has anyone ever purchased a Diesel Engine Care Plus?

I just paid 3K for the 4/4800 bumper to bumper one, I have 60K on mine so I though it was a smart thing to get.
