Exhaust Question
Ok here is the deal I have a 2003 6.0L diesel that is currently straightpiped, and although I love the screaming turbo and deafening roar its time to try something else. Mainly I need to tone it down to ease off on the horses ears when I start hauling again this summer. Now I have came across two exhausts that are affordable for me one is an MBRP set and the other is a Corsa. Has anyone had one of these systems before? If so could you sent me details regarding quality, tone, mileage, power, cab noise, or overall volume? any help is greatly appreciated.

I prefer the MBRP. Basically all 4" exhaust systems will sound the same, the only time you will hear sound differences is when you delete the cat and or muffler.
What do you have on the truck for an exhaust system, did you you remove the cat and muffler off the stock system? |

I just installed a mbrp 5 inch kit and it reaally toned down the sound its straight pipe but the size of the pipe makes it a deeper tone. our horses dont seem to mind it. but hey we shoot off our horses also.

I'd recommended the MBRP. High quality, easy install, and if you buy the muffler delete / cat delete pipes you can rock and roll when you don't have the horses behind you (and then re-install the cat and muffler for when you do).

If you wanna go cheap, just go to the local muffler shop and get a 4 inch glasspack. I had one for awhile before I went straight pipe. It wasn't too loud and sounded good!
