So 05 conversion is in full effect. Will post some pics with the results.

Just got the bumper disassembled. Just gotta take parts to paint and bumper to powdercoat!


p.s. Anybody got a good link for the headlight conversion? One with better pictures showing where to cut. Thanks guys!

the defender rack came on the truck, but the front bumper bar is from oru. (offroad unlimited)

^that video was for replacing the stock 03 lights with the same design, I need one that shows how to install the 05 headlights. Im just going to go off pictures ive seen. Thanks anyways.

It's not too bad. I don't have any pictures, but once you get the headlights out, you'll see. I used a 4 1/2" grinder with a cutoff wheel. You'll want a dust mask, as the fiberglass creates alot of dust.
