Want to buy a 6.0

Hey about 3-4 months ago i sold my 7.3 powerstroke OBS and im starting to look for another diesel to buy. im either going to buy a 99-03 7.3 or a 6.0 I dont know much about the 6.0's all i really know is they have been plaque with some problems but they are very fast when they are working. so i was just wondering if i could get some info on them like whats to high of milage to buy one, i found one already but it has 150,000 miles idk if thats a lot for a 6.0 because i know thats nothing for a 7.3

i have a 7.3 and a 6.0 and the 6.0 it always broke down i keep it totally stock and my 7.3 has a superchip and some other thangs and no prob with it. the 7.3 even pulls better. i would go with the 7.3 they are way better. and the 7.3 can get way more miles on them.

yeah i have been leaning towards the 7.3 because of the reliablilty and the life of them

I'd go with another 7.3. Can't make them very fast like a 6.0, but you will most likely have way less problems. Plus you'll pay less for a 99-03 instead of an 04-up. Depends if you want reliability or a truck to soup up and go fast...

I want a truck i can soup up but i know i can do that to a 7.3, i know it wont be nearly as fast but it will still be good especially if i wont be needing to fix it all the time

I was leaving for college and its and 8 hour drive to college so i need some extra money and i didnt wanna drive that truck that long especially with 4.11s

once you fined out what causes the problems of a 6.0 you won't have any problems.

egr delete
internal oil cooler delete

from what i've herd revX or something like that for your cold start problems.i havn't had any problems out of mine but i have some mods BUT ARE STOCK PARTS nad WORK EXTREMELY WELL TOGETHER.
