I ordered energy suspension ones from summitracing.com. They actually have a warehouse/showroom about 50 miles from me, so when they said they were in stock, I just drove down and got them. The factory ones on my 04 were actually the rubber bushing fused into a metal sleeve, and that sleeve has to be pressed out of the links to get the aftermarket ones back in, or you could do like I did on my first one, take a torch, burn the bushing out, then take a hacksaw blade loose from one end of the saw, put it through the hole, and then re-attach it back to the saw, and cut a groove into the sleeve (making sure not to get ino the link) and then once its cut, hammer a screwdriver or punch under it and it will come out. This method took a few minutes and some cussing, so I just threw it all in a buddies truck and went to the shop where I work and pressed the rest of them out. The aftermarket ones go back in with a little persuasion and a little wd40...LOL.
