Need to change fuel filter which one to use and how difficult ?

Piece of cake. Just go to the General Diesel Discussion area and search "Fuel Filter change on the 6.0" Its a whole thread on changing the filters.

Yep, easy. Use only Ford Motorcraft or Racor Filters though. There are 2 filters that come in the fuel filter kit - a primary and a secondary. The secondary goes on top of the motor and the primary goes on the back of the HFCM (located under the truck beneath the drivers door).
