egr questions again...

I have searched, and searched, and I'm probably not looking deep enough, but in lamens terms please, what is the pros/cons of an egr block off plate vs total removal?

The block off is cheaper but u still have antifreeze running thru and still have the risk of it leaking into the engine

total delete more money no cons beside maybe not being able to pass a inspection or emissions test
