Cleaning magnum force intake filter ???

So one thing always leads to another. Today I was checking under the hood and noticed that my afe intake tube was not connected so I re-connected it and decided to check the filter I open it up and its not even connected. I guess the last time I had my oil changed and asked them to check the filter they never even bothered to put it back on Anyway the filter is really dirty and I'm not sure on how to clean it up? Do I use water? Carb cleaner, ?? Does anybody know?

Here is the system I have and what the filter looks like.

Thanks. I looked on the site I guess I just missed it. Now I'm not sure what cleaning kit to get and do I have to order their kits or does NAPA or a place like that sell them because I just don't really want to wait for the stuff to show up in the mail I kind of want to do it today. It looks like I have the Gold filter too.
