IC Boots

I have been looking at some of your engine pictures and all your IC tubes and boots look clean. This is my first 6.0, never even been in another one so I don't know what is normal. Take a look at these pictures, should I clean or replace? Everything seems to be running fine, but again I have no reference point. I have 101,000 miles on it and I don't think that it's ever been apart for anything other than the ICP. The previous owner said that the oil was changed every 5,000 and fuel filters every 10,000. I have been doing the same. Anyway, what's your thoughts on these boots?

I beleive the mess is because the case breather is routed back into intake pipe after the air filter, causes like a little vaccum sothere is always alittle oil in you tubes and around hoses. guys will relocate breather hose to rear of truck and plug off hole in intake pipe. I have done this and my tubes are clean and no more hoses poping loose.
