6.0's going under the knife!

I hope to dig into my truck in the next weekend or two. I've got quite a list of items I want to do. And everything should be here by the end of the week. Main reason was to replace my injectors. Then I got to thinking of things I should do while I'm in there.

I will be replacing battery cable (drivers side bat. terminals are starting to dissapear), glow plugs, ICP valve, edge insight/egt probe and installing an afe intake I picked up cheap. I was also thinking of pulling the turbo and giving it a good cleaning and installing the updated drain.

How would you tackle this project? What should I start with? Any advice for getting to the injectors and turbo easier?
