6.0 Injector Stiction?

Back last Oct-Nov, I took my 2005 6.0 to the dealer for the latest flash. I has having rough starts, mainly during the first minute or 2 of startup. After the flash it started great. It idled smooth, but seem to misfire as I accelerated down the hwy. I called the dealer and they said just let it warm up. Well I did for awhile, but got tried of sitting after work letting it warm up. Over the next several months it seems to have gotten worst. Sometimes it takes nearly 5-6 miles before it will smooth out and run normal. After that it runs fine. Tonight I changed from the MotorCraft Super Duty oil to Valvoline Full Sythetic. I hope this helps. Is this truely stiction? I don't notice any excessive black smoke. Is there anything else I can do besides changing injectors?

Thanks,
Jim

I ordered 2 bottles today. After reading several threads, it sounds like this product is truly "magic in a bottle". I talk to Andy at Rev X this morning and he felt confident this would fix my problem.

Thanks for the help,
Jim

Post up your results. I haven't seen a negative post on this stuff yet. It's nice to find a product that really does what it claims.

Will do. Andy said I should have it by the end of the week, so hopefully I'll know something by the end of this weekend.

I’ve never been a believer of miracles in a bottle, but I am now. The Rev-X fixed my issue. After making a 60 mile trip, my stiction issue is gone and my fuel mileage is climbing. Last week it was 65 degrees out when I left work and it still took nearly 2 miles before I got over 45 MPH. After putting the Rev-X in Saturday, it was 35 degrees Monday morning and ran great without warming it up.

Yeah, there's a whole discussion on it here. It really has done wonders for my 03.
