Or Wrench or ???

Appears to be 36mm or close.

What do you guys use to get this off?

36mm socket. Same as the oil filter housing. Also it helps to have a universal extension for the HFCM cap.

Just used this thread as my guide for the filter. Change worked great. 35 mm socket is the key. I put the socket on the filter then threaded a long extention on and i went great. Didnt drain abead of time. No need to. Just drained onto rag. Priming the pump afterwoards was also key.

I have a Snap-On socket that is double sided--one side fits the oil filter cap, the other fits the fuel filter cap.
