Need some info!!1

Im looking at a 03 F-350 with a 6.0
The guy wants to trade for my 2000 Excursion with a 6.8 liter V-10 and it has a 8" lift.
The truck he says has a bad fuel pump, he said he took it off and it has low pressure and had water in it. The reaer callipers are froze up as well. I dont really no what to look for on a 6.0 as far as good or bad goes. Is the fuel pump on the frame rail and easy to install? I just want to make sure the truck will run. He said after he took it off he never put one back on. The truck is a little beat up not bad it is all factory he said it never had a chip. He said he bought it from a farmer in that condition. Any help would be great, tell me what to look for guys I dont want to make a bad deal here. Im not sure on the millage.

What would it be worth without all the issues? It is a 4 door long box 4x4
auto trans.

Thanks guys

Low fuel pressure means failed injectors in the trucks future.
