Problem with SCT X3

I have a 2005 F250 6.0L. When I plug my SCT X3 into the truck it will not turn on. I am leaving for a road trip tomorrow at noon and I need some help asap. Please give me some advice. You guys always have the answer. I did plug it into another truck and it worked fine.

Check your truck for a blown fuse. I think the OBD port is on the same circuit as the cig lighter
