contaminated fuel problem

I took my 2006 f250 kingranch back to the dealership i bought it at less then 2 months ago to find out why my truck was not starting. After having it a few days they call me up and tell me there is contaminated fuel in my tank and they will need to run more test to find out the full extend to the damage. They call me up and tell me $2,100 fuel pumps got to go, and 2 of the 6 fuel injectors are bad and will probably need to replaced the other 4 as time goes on. I only had the truck for month and half and filled up 3 times now. They told me diesel allegy was the problem. Now can diesel allegy grow that fast? and what are the best fuel injectors i can get?
