over boosting

hi i wanted to know why my truck is running so much boost. it seems like if im below 45-50mph im always running at least 5-15(mostly around 10) once i get about 50mph it drops down to 0-5 unless there is a hill or i mash it. the turbo and egr where cleaned about 10,000 miles ago. i think it started after i put a true 4in exhaust from the turbo back with a cat delete pipe on but im not 100% sure. which was about 700miles ago.

my dash doest have a boost gauge. its from the reading on a aftermarket di-procol gauge. also i forgot to note that once it started over boosting the gauge started to rattle . also the truck is stock besides the 4in exhaust and the gauges. there is no tuner.

That all sounds about right to me. I run as much as 10psi from stop thru 3rd gear and tapers off to 5-7 while normal driving at around 1800 rpms 55-65mph. I always wondered why mine was so low when hearing of others on here who report numbers much greater than ours.

watching again yesterday it was closer to 15-20psi below 50mpg almost all the time. do you think the cold air could be the cause to some of it?
