no streeing

I broke the ball joint in the drag link right off the streeing box how hard is that to fix thank god it only happened in my drive way and not drive down the highway at 75 mph. Is this a weak spot? I'm thinking it is just because the truck has almost 100,000 on it and 37" tires. Is there anything I can do to help with turning those big tires?

Man i have never heard of that before. I have never replaced that one. I would imagine you would just need some sort of ball joint press to get it out and the drive a new one in.

you can get the inner drag link where it connects to the pitman arm (gear box). seen them break before, the bigger tires add lots of stress on the steering system
